We use the Stripe payment system, which supports online credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and other electronic payment methods. No processing fees are charged.

After payment, an electronic receipt will be sent via WhatsApp to 9205-2169 or 5414-3297.

Each unit (Grade) is valid for 6 months. Purchasing 2 Grades gives 1 year of access, and so on. The validity period starts from the purchase date. After expiration, the course will be automatically removed from your Moodle account.

Students can check the validity of each course by clicking their username at the top right → My Account.

Students can use their previously registered Moodle account to log in to Moodle LMS . After logging in, you will see a page of your purchased courses (as shown in the example image). Here, you can watch course videos, view and download exercises, answer keys, and other learning materials.

Textbooks: Different courses use different textbooks. Corresponding textbooks are also available for purchase on our website and will be automatically added to your cart when you buy a course. If you do not wish to purchase a textbook, you can remove it from your cart. After online purchase, our staff will arrange SF Express delivery to the address provided at checkout (free shipping within Hong Kong*).

Workbooks: All workbooks and related materials are available on our Moodle online platform for instant download. If needed, students can contact our staff to have workbooks printed. You can choose pick-up at the Ma On Shan/Tseung Kwan O branch or arrange SF Express delivery (shipping fees apply).

*Free Hong Kong shipping applies only to materials purchased together with online Japanese courses.

As long as your course is within the validity period, you can watch the videos unlimited times and view or download the course materials.

Regular Courses: Lessons are structured according to the JLPT syllabus and are suitable for students who want to steadily build a solid Japanese foundation through gradual learning.

JLPT Preparation Courses: Intensive short-term courses focused on the JLPT exam, ideal for students who want to quickly master common grammar question types for the exam.

Students can register a Moodle account here , then log in to Moodle LMS .

After logging in, click “Enrol me” to take the free placement test. No appointment is needed.

All of our regular video courses include an online quiz. If you complete the course and pass the quiz, you can contact us via WhatsApp to arrange a certificate. The certificate costs HKD $20 and can be picked up at the Ma On Shan or Tseung Kwan O branch or delivered via SF Express (shipping fees apply).

Since the online quiz records are based on the student’s name, please make sure to enter your own name when registering a Moodle account.

As long as you have a valid credit card, you can purchase courses online. If you purchase two or more video courses together, we will waive overseas shipping fees of HKD $200 or less. Shipping fees exceeding HKD $200 may need to be covered by the student. We recommend checking with our staff before purchasing textbooks or products.
